Location: Bordered by three main roads: South of Bellaterra Drive, East of Fire Poppy Drive and West of Sorrentino Drive

Amenities: Soccer field, four softball/baseball fields, community builtplayground 7 water sprayground, large picnic area, dog park, full court basketball, walking and jogging trail with adult fitness, skate elements, passive area for Tai Chi/Labyrinth, restrooms/concession building, bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, parking areas and Phase II – Community Center.

Timing: The CSD Board approved the park master plan on November 1, 2005. Next steps include environmental documents in fall 2005, construction documents in fall 2005 and winter 2005, bidding in spring 2006 and construction in summer 2006. Park construction will be complete in early 2007. Once the park construction is complete, playground construction can begin.
